Sales and Marketing
As an RVP of Sales for ScribbleLive, you will lead hire, lead and develop an amazing team of sales professionals.
What you will do day-to-day:
Develop and execute a sales plan that ensures we hit our sales goals consistently and predictably
Manage and develop the existing team - our sales reps are eager for your coaching and mentorship, and anything else you can do to make sure they crush their quota every quarter
Work with the sales ops team to streamline our sales process and get the most out of our lead management, Marketo and Salesforce implementations
Play a key role in our global management team, and funnel key client insights back to the marketing team to ensure we position our platform for success and develop the right features and functionality to meet demand
What you will need to be successful:
Talent magnetism - you have a proven track record of recruiting, retaining, developing and promoting an amazing team of A+ players
Street cred - you’ll take the lead on the largest opportunities, and show the team how to guide the largest, most strategic accounts across the finish line
Marketing expertise - we sell a broad range of technology and services to sophisticated marketers; you will need a deep understanding of content marketing, marketing technologies, adtech, digital marketing and more to carry the conversations to the CMO’s office
Energy - we run at full speed, and you’ll need a big battery to set the right pace
Sales ops expertise - great sales teams are a combination of people and process, and we will need you to drive home the processes that work
