We are building Plan 2 / CEP, as a new / better version of Plan 1.
It is believed that to make smarter decision on product roadmaps, education and training, and to enhance customer success management, a suite wide approach to quantitative and qualitative insights is necessary.
The Customer Insights Manager would work with Product, Training and CSM functions to provide ongoing KPI reporting and Insights that create clear high value actions. The outcome of this work should be:
As someone that gets has a deep understanding of our products and customers, playing a pro-active role in Product Marketing would also be required - working closely with Corporate Marketing and Demand Generation teams. The outcome of this would be: Alignment of website and internal sales collateral with target personas and value propositions
Should timings and abilities permit, there is one more area that could extend the role to add additional challenge and a stretch component. ScribbleLive also has a goal to be the leader in Content Measurement and Value Optimization. The Customer Insights Manager could take the lead and be the owner of the vision, and work with all Product Owners to develop the vision and then the specific product requirements that allow the vision to be delivered to customers.
