Sales & Marketing Operations Manager (SalesForce)

As the SalesForce Sales and Marketing Operations Manager you will be joining one of North America's fastest growing organizations.  We are a sales-driven company, and with 30+ sales reps in offices in New York, San Francisco, Toronto, Dubai, London, and Germany.  Your primary objective is to optimize Salesforce and out marketing technology stack (our primary tool is Marketo) to enable sales rep productivity and management reporting.  This role will have a major impact on our growth.


Job Functions & Responsibilities

  • Daily administration and support of our SalesForce implementation including but not limited to managing multiple user setup, profiles, roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflow and validations
  • Working with management, to create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers
  • Monitor and maintain Marketing Automation (Marketo), reporting and data analytics, supporting the objectives of Marketing and Sales departments
  • Work with the demand generation team to help them operationalize and report on marketing campaigns between Marketo and SalesForce
  • Maintaining & evolvinSaleg documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for users of applications
  • Report on standard Marketing metrics relating to Marketing costs, revenue and acquisition by campaign
  • Design technical architecture solutions that may span multiple platforms and include integrations and authentication across systems
  • Be the sales tech guru at ScribbleLife, staying on top of the latest and greatest salesforce tools, and other sales enablement technologies

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Hands on get it done attitude.  We are a start-up and we are looking for someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get things done
  • Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills ( you will be managing the data and communicating this out to relevant stakeholders)
  • Minimum of 2-3 years in CRM and Marketing Automation Administration
  • SalesForce Certified Administrator, Certified Advanced Administrator, Certified Technical Architect, Marketo (or other marketing automation platform) certification
