Regional VP of Sales (DACH Region)

The Regional Vice President - Sales will be an integral member of the Global Senior
Management Team. This is a critical leadership role with responsibility for all regional sales and
business development activities, with a focus on the media and corporate enterprise verticals.
He/she will at a later stage ramp up, recruit and lead a sales team of 2 to 3 sales representatives,
and the Regional Vice President - Sales will manage, develop and grow a sales organization in
the DACH Region, with an initial focus on building strong customer relationships. He/she will be responsible
for implementing the overall strategy and turning it into a reality by continuing Scribblelive’s year-
over-year revenue growth.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Drive all sales activities, both personally and by leading the sales team. Focus on growth within the corporate enterprise sectors; recruiting and leading a team of 2-3 sales representatives in Europe within the first year.
  • Lead the development and implementation of a strategic sales plan that supports and expands ScribbleLive as a market leader within Europe’s marketplace by driving the achievement of sales goals and profit targets
  •  Manage, coach and lead the sales team to achieve approximately EUR 2M in revenue bythe end of CY 2018 (monthly recurring revenue goal they are expected to achieve is EUR 40k-50k per person per year)
  • Develop and maintain executive relationships with customers.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all sales and marketing collateral is subject to ScribbleLive review (in Toronto) for brand consistency
  •  Ensure that all sales and marketing collateral, websites, social and search promotion follow the brand guidelines.


  • An undergraduate degree in business, commerce or technology
  • Enthusiastic about technology, SaaS, content marketing, media, and social selling,
    he/she is an aggressive, entrepreneurial and strategic enterprise software sales
    executive and business builder skilled at closing deals quickly and effectively.
  • Both technically astute and possessing business acumen, he/she will hold 10+ years in
    enterprise sales within technology driven organizations, with 5+ years as a sales
    executive as part of a management team
  • He/she is an experienced leader, strategist, and business builder who has a successful sales record both personally and through leading sales teams within a highly competitive market and within a start-up or early stage business
  • Operates well within a high performance, team-oriented culture, and is a “winner” who ishighly energetic, hungry and passionate, able to work independently, from a “blank sheetof paper” at times and with limited administrative support and structure
  • He/she will bring proven leadership experience and accomplishments in recruiting, building, coaching and retaining high performance sales teams every month with a heavy weighting on enterprise focused deals
  • Customer-focused, able to build relationships, have deeper relationships with existing customers and bring onboard new relationships
  • Possesses an ingrained work ethic and willingness and ability to travel frequently.
  • Must be fully bilingual in both English & German
