Position Responsibilities:

  •  Effectively manage a pipeline of prospects (inbound, and outbound)
  •  Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to client/prospects (C-Level)
  • Understand client’s persuasion and learning type
  • Present effective approach in client pitch/presentation
  • Liaison with shared creative services and development teams
  • Work with and manage a monthly, quarterly and yearly quota
  • Liaise to Account Directors, Strategist and Developers to ensure successful a successful client project/campaign
  • Learn clients’ business (internal & external) including challenges, drivers, external market factors and success criteria
  • Know key stakeholders, decision markets, and influencers

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team to create effective new business presentations
  •  Strong communication skills – written and verbally – both internally and with prospects
  • Understanding of current content marketing trends
  • Bachelor degree, preferably in marketing, advertising, graphic design or communications
  • 2-3 years of related professional marketing experience, ideally in business development at an agency
  • Research competitive information, trends, case studies, industry and client research. Serve as information resource center for all new business-related activities
  • Project management: Leads the internal process for business development and ensures all timelines and content is managed accurately
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed revenue targets on a quarterly and/or annual basis
  • Strong ability to establish new accounts, open pipeline opportunities, and close business
  • Nice to have: Experience working along design/UX/front-end development teams
  • Confident negotiator who closes deals by listening, understanding and responding to client requirements
